Our website describes the managed SDR and outbound sales development services we provide. Any description of services on the site is for information only and does not constitute a contractual offer. The specific scope, deliverables and terms of any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Fees & commission

We work on a monthly retainer plus commission: a recurring fee for our services, together with commission on the sales we bring forward and close. The applicable retainer and commission, and any other commercial terms, will be agreed and confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. Nothing on this website forms a binding quote or commitment.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the "PipeWyre" name and branding, and the site's design, is owned by or licensed to PipeWyre and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of it without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
